What is our standard payment method for student tuition?
- We offer an in-house zero-interest payment plan that separates student tuition into 2 parts. (T1/T2).
- T1 is due as the student begins the course, and T2 is due once the student secures a job in the IT field.
- You can also choose the in-house upfront payment option, with a rebate applied.
- Climb or Meritize loan (for US residents only)
What is Climb? Can I use it for a loan?
Climb is a loan option available for US residents only. Please inquire for further details.
Are there scholarships available?
Limited scholarships are available, and they vary depending on the program and cohort.

Requests for exceptions for individual students are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How can I get a list of enrolled students, alumni, or current student updates?

What should I do if a student contacts me regarding an email status from enrollment?
Please check with the enrollment team if they have already messaged the student. If not, please refer the student to Nora for assistance at nora@cydeo.com
I have a question about why a student dropped. Where can I find more information?
We have a discord channel called “Dropped Box” where you can find further information. Alternatively, you can email accounting@cydeo.com for more detailed information
Where can I find the start dates for upcoming batches of classes?
You can find the batch start dates on the LMA Trello board, “The Bridge”.
What are the customer service hours for Kosovo?
Our Kosovo customer service is available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Can I contact customer service outside of the Kosovo service hours?
Our phone lines are available, but please note that customer service is not available after hours. We may consider sharing this information on our website.
Can I find the catalog on your website?
Sometimes, we receive requests for the catalog. We will add it to the repository for easy access.

How long does Accelerated Java Developer program last?
This Accelerated Java Developer program is only 7 months long and can enhance your skills so that you can advance in your tech career.
